Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Atmus Filtration Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), located in Nashville, TN. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior Supply Chain and Global Functions and a key member of the HR leadership team. This role leads the development and execution of talent, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, culture, and engagement strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance. There is a 25% travel requirement, and this is an onsite with flexibility role (3 days a week in office).We are deliberately working towards a brighter future. We are focused on performance, durability and sustainability to serve the world better.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related field required. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline preferred.Experience: 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in complex global organizations. Significant experience serving as a senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting executive leadership teams. 10+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary HR organizations. Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed HR teams and enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Extensive experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive business transformation through people strategies.Base salary range: $161,454.00 - $215,272.00Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. HR Strategy, Policy & GovernanceLead the development and implementation of global HR strategies, policies, governance and compliance frameworks while partnering with Legal, Ethics, Compliance, and Labor Relations teams to manage organizational risk.
