If you're passionate about making a difference and have the necessary skills and experience, this role is an excellent fit for your healthcare career.Responsibilities:Greet and room patients efficiently and professionally.Assist providers with clinical tasks such as taking vitals, drawing blood, and administering vaccines.Support front-office duties including scheduling patient appointments and answering phones.Manage electronic medical records accurately and effectively.Handle patient co-pays and onsite medication dispensing as needed.Maintain a collaborative relationship with the clinical staff and ensure smooth daily operations.Support health education and outreach initiatives to engage and inform patients.Required Skills:Minimum of one year of medical assistant experience, including externshipStrong phlebotomy and venipuncture skillsProficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with patients and team membersAdditional Skills & Requirements:Medical Assistant certification strongly preferredOccupational health experience strongly preferredExperience with vaccines, blood draws, and working with children aged 2 and aboveOpen to candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced, outpatient environmentFlexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including some overlapping hoursHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEnhance your clinical skills and contribute to a team that values patient engagement and health improvement.
