RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM (RHTP) MANAGER (PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR II Health Services)

This full-time Program Administrator II position oversees the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) at St. Mary's County Health Department, managing operations including regional healthcare transformation, care coordination, digital health strategies, and community partnerships. The manager will direct RHTP-funded staff, ensure implementation of deliverables, monitor performance, and serve as primary liaison with grant partners and funding agencies. Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, psychology, education, counseling, or related field Six years professional experience in health services Three years in clinical or administrative health services (excluding Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, or Addictions) Three years at managerial or supervisory level Master's degree in Public Health preferred Experience directing complex public health initiatives and cross-sector partnerships #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
