Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to operate within a telehealth framework, connecting with clients through virtual sessions. Your standard working hours will be Monday through Friday, ensuring a work-life balance with no evenings or weekends. This structured schedule enables a focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services without the additional commitments of evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging therapeutic group sessions, fostering a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences, connect with each other, and build community.

• Individual Therapy Provision: You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each client. Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, you will assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning and Evaluation: In collaboration with your clients, you will create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are struggling with mental health and mood disorders. Working at our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, you will engage with clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing them with evidence-based and holistic treatment interventions tailored to their needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience working with young adults in a mental health treatment setting, particularly in a telehealth environment, will enhance your effectiveness in this role. The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
