Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer group, family, and couples therapy sessions to foster healing and improve relationships.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance skills and stay abreast of the latest advances in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state for which you will provide services.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective therapy and communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for bonus earnings. Benefits include:
