Im Dreiländereck Deutschland–Schweiz–Frankreich suchen wir eine erfahrene HR-Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, nah an der Geschäftsführung arbeitet und HR-Themen eigenständig voranbringt. Dabei erwartet Sie ein breites Aufgabengebiet mit kurzen Wegen und viel Raum für eigene Ideen. Die Besetzung erfolgt im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung direkt bei unserem Mandanten. Sie arbeiten aktuell beispielsweise als HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, People & Culture Manager oder HR Operations Manager und möchten den nächsten Schritt in die Personalleitung gehen? Oder Sie sind bereits als Personalleiter, Leiter Personal, Head of HR oder HR Lead tätig und wünschen sich mehr Eigenständigkeit und Gestaltungsspielraum? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung! Aufgaben Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Themen am Standort Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen Enge und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit im kleinen HR-Team Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat Aktive Gestaltung von Recruiting, Onboarding und Personalentwicklung Begleitung arbeitsrechtlicher und personalwirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, Strukturen und digitalen Lösungen Begleitung von Organisations- und Veränderungsthemen Mitwirkung bei Personalplanung, HR-Kennzahlen und Personalkosten Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, HR-Themen selbstständig zu priorisieren und voranzutreiben Erfahrung im Recruiting sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften Idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit Betriebsrat und Arbeitsrecht Strukturierte und zugleich pragmatische Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender, bodenständiger Umgang mit Menschen Offenheit für neue Themen und Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung Vorteile Verantwortungsvolle HR-Position mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum Attraktives Vergütungspaket zzgl.
