Overview As an HR Director / HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic initiatives and supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll work closely with executives and managers to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support business unit success. Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Lead change management and organizational development initiatives. Provide expert guidance on compensation, labor relations, benefits, and performance management. Drive recruitment, succession planning, and talent development for key roles. Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with HR specialty areas and corporate departments. Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions. Support budgeting, staffing models, and incentive compensation planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of generalist HR experience or 7–10 years in HR specialty areas. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Strong business expertise, management, and organizational development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
