Looking for a good BA profile with experience in Entertainment/Hospitality.
- Must have skills- Requirements Gathering and documentation, As-Is and To-Be Process documentation, Gap analysis, future state definition
- 10+ years of Business analysis and process documentation experience
- Ability to independently work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and manage effective documentation
- Ability to understand processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Well versed with Agile ways of working
- Ability to work with onsite – offshore teams
- Experience in Entertainment/ hospitality industry and understanding of the end to end value chain
