Dental Receptionist

Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Front Desk Dental Office Receptionist!
Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Pay $19.00 -$23.00 an hour
Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
  
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments and general office inquiries.
  
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
  
• Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate patient records are maintained.
  
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers, MNITS, and other state insurance portals.
  
• Collect copays, outstanding balances, and other patient payments.
  
• Answer patient questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and payment options.
  
• Process insurance claims and maintain accurate documentation.
  
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
  
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and mail.
  
• Keep the front office and reception area clean, organized, and professional.
  
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience required.
  
• Dental office experience preferred but not required.
  
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
  
• Basic knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures preferred.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  
• Professional appearance with a positive, patient-focused attitude.
