Overview
Physical Therapist – General, Fort Bragg, California. This travel - temporary assignment starts 10/26/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,673 to $2,801 per week with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shift schedule is 5x8 days, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Work setting: Critical Access Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide therapy interventions using standard protocols and document patient progress.
- Establish care and discharge plans and ensure effective communication of plans to appropriate care parties.
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants as needed.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required if license obtained on or after January 2016; foreign equivalent accepted.
- Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (California) required.
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- Must have EPIC EMR experience.
- Ability to work in a hospital-based setting.
