About the Role

The Company is seeking a Department Chair for Otolaryngology (ENT) to provide strategic and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the department, including the development and execution of a long-term strategic plan that aligns clinical, operational, and financial goals. This role involves ensuring high-quality care across multiple locations, driving performance, and improving quality, safety, patient experience, and efficiency. The Department Chair will also oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning, and financial performance, and lead physician recruitment, mentorship, and development efforts. Candidates for the Department Chair position must be board-certified in Otolaryngology and hold an MD, DO, or equivalent, with eligibility for medical licensure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both clinical and academic settings, with a proven track record in leadership, team building, and driving strategic growth. Essential skills include strong communication, operational, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to lead change and balance clinical, financial, and organizational priorities. The role also involves maintaining relationships with residency and fellowship programs, supporting education and research initiatives, and representing the department at the enterprise level.
