Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in their respective field of medicine
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in the intended practice state
• Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable
• Ability to obtain professional liability coverage and other required insurance at standard market rates

Multiple U.S. markets are available. Market selection is physician‑directed and subject to applicable licensure and regulatory requirements.
