Jaffarian Toyota is New England's oldest Toyota Dealer, same family now for 4 generations strong. First year earning potential 65k - 85k, second year up to 100k for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into the service database system. Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.
