Your Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health credential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Your Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time of employment.
