In joining our adaptable, integrity-driven team, you'll become part of Frost's 155-year legacy of providing unparalleled banking services.Who you are:As our Relationship Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties for a Loan Officer or Officers requiring knowledge of the bank's policies, practices, and organization. You enjoy assisting Loan Officer(s) with project and implementation of policies within the department; preparing special reports, gathering, and summarizing data; acting as liaison between Officers or manager and other members of department. You pride yourself in providing top quality service during every interaction with internal and external customers.What you'll do:Collaborate with commercial lending teams to support portfolio management and business development activitiesPrepare documents to assist in loan approval, modification, and coordinate loan closing processesCompile various administration reports such as Past Dues, Significant Balances, and Risk Grades to facilitate the continual monitoring of loansMonitor progress on LAMS, credit, and collateral exceptions on a weekly basisFacilitate customer requests for stop paymentsCoordinate the opening of Depository Accounts with personal banking staffFacilitate wire transfer transactions at the direction of a Relationship Manager and/or a Business BankerUpdate and maintain Sales Force records for clients and prospects as requested by commercial lending teamMonitor non-sufficient funds activity to resolve any issues while communicating with the customerRemain knowledgeable of bank policies & procedures to ensure an accurate completion of deliverablesExercise discretion to assist existing and prospective customers while maintaining confidentialityAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:3+ years of experience in banking or 2+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in loan administration.Willingness to work as a valued member of a functional teamProven understanding of commercial lending processesExceptional organizational and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrated ability to represent Frost in a professional mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business communication skills, including the ability to write and speak professionallyStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional preferred skillsLoan documentation experienceThorough knowledge in Commercial Real Estate loan closing and Construction Risk ManagementExperience with complex single family builder lines of credit and land acquisition and development financingFrost Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance401(k) matchingGenerous holiday and paid time off scheduleTuition reimbursementExtensive health and wellness programs, including our Employee Assistance ProgramReferral bonus program + more!Since 1868, Frost has dedicated their expertise to provide exceptional banking, investment, and insurance services to businesses and individuals throughout Texas.
