Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient facility in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery, focusing on developing tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and use of assistive devices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Independently develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with each patient's therapeutic goals and functional capabilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment protocols, facilitating clear communication to ensure adherence to prescribed home exercise and treatment routines.
• Stay updated with evolving techniques within the field through continual professional development—attending workshops, engaging in peer networking, and actively participating in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults facing various orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits
