Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations or disabilities to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding patients’ ongoing care, ensuring a seamless continuum of support.
• Interact positively with all patients, respecting diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds while adhering to our high customer service standards.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting plans as necessary and meeting established productivity benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and corresponding charges for both yourself and any assigned support staff.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and information to enhance patient care.
• Engage in community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and other leadership functions to promote health within the population we serve.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing education programs to foster both personal and organizational growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients who are seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care that meets their individual therapy goals and uses evidence-based practices to enhance recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to interacting with patients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills, with familiarity in electronic health record systems advantageous.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy practice is required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
