Location Shreveport, LA Schedule Full‑time, day shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with weekend coverage. Responsibilities Serve as a hands‑on Housekeeping Team Leader, working independently and as part of a team. Follow and give oral and written instructions, assist the Supervisor with training new employees, including safe use of equipment and chemicals. Teach proper cleaning techniques and procedures, and perform quality‑control inspections. Interact frequently with residents and occasionally with their pets. Perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, and light lifting. Qualifications High school graduate. Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial housekeeping environment. Ability to use a computer; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
