Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide structured individual, family, or group therapy sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and immediate support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress tracking, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and coordinate resources for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and clinical supervision, staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

You will engage with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, each facing distinct mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
