The ideal candidate should have experience in a full-service and high-volume restaurant and take pride in the execution of cuisine they deliver. In addition, we are looking for a team oriented and professional candidate. You must be able to effectively multi-task in challenging situations. Responsibilities include but not limited to cooking, inventory, quality control, standardization, training, prepping and yielding of high end meat and seafood products.
