Quality Assurance Manager

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality assurance processes and ensure products consistently meet company and industry standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, leading the quality team, conducting audits, investigating quality issues, and working closely with production and operations to improve processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all quality assurance programs and daily quality operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Conduct internal audits and inspections
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
• Manage customer complaints and quality related documentation

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
