Production Batch & Mixing Operator

Batch Maker - 3rd Shift 10:30pm-6:00am

Join our client's production team as a Batch Maker, where you'll turn precise formulas into high-quality finished products. In this hands-on role, you'll measure, mix, and prepare materials with accuracy, operate batching equipment, and keep production running smoothly and safely. If you're detail-driven, organized, and ready to play a key part in creating consistent, top-tier product, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $21.00

What's the Job?

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to approved formulas or batch sheets.
• Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and batching equipment.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily or weekly batch targets.
• Record batch data, material usage, and production information accurately.
• Inspect materials and finished batches to ensure quality standards are met.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, chemical mixing, or batching required.
• Ability to follow detailed formulas and instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to operate production or mixing equipment safely.
