The Opportunity
Join a highly respected, independent private practice in the heart of Barrington, IL. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Colorectal Surgeon to meet rapidly growing patient demand. You will step into a collaborative clinical environment with an established referral network and full administrative support.

Responsibilities & Call Schedule
- Provide full-scope colorectal surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures using the da Vinci platform.
- Manage complex anorectal, inflammatory bowel, and oncology cases.
- Participate in a manageable 1:5 call schedule .
- Share rotation covering general surgery call and Level II trauma call at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Colorectal Surgery .
- Active or eligible Illinois medical license.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
