COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)

Guaranteed Base Salary: $625,000+ based on experience
Production Bonus available when base salary goals are exceeded
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus paid over 3 years ($33K annually)
Up to $20,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO)

Join an established, collaborative team with an existing Urologist and dedicated support staff
Bread-and-Butter Urology with the option to utilize the DaVinci Robot
Current Urologist sees approximately 22 patients per day
New physician will build volume gradually with strong referral support
Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Open to discussing a 4-day work week / four 10-hour shifts
Strong administrative support and physician leadership
Team-oriented culture that values autonomy and collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Minimum of one year of experience preferred
DaVinci experience is a plus but not required
Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working alone.
