Production Associate

Our client is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join their manufacturing team in Mundelein, IL. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation, assembly, labeling, and packaging of products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements of the Production Associate

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working in a clean manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to accurately count materials and perform basic weight measurements using kilograms and grams.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate

Prepare containers by accurately counting and organizing materials for production.
Label products and packaging according to company specifications.
Twist and secure caps onto containers to ensure proper sealing.
Operate compressed air equipment to assist with production processes.
Learn proper procedures for dispensing solder paste using specialized equipment.
Verify product weights using precision scales and make adjustments as needed.
Clean workstations, tools, and equipment using IPA and other approved cleaning agents.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

1st shift: 8:00AM - 4:45PM Monday through Friday (45min lunch starting at 12pm)

Pay is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly
