Title Dental hygienist Job Description Advanced Clinical Hygiene: Perform precision preventive care and targeted periodontal therapies utilizing evidence-based clinical techniques. Patient Advocacy & Education: Build authentic relationships with our patient family, translating clinical observations into actionable, easy-to-understand oral wellness and home-care strategies. Diagnostic Documentation: Capture clean digital X-rays and precisely record periodontal charting to aid the dentist in thorough treatment planning. Streamlined Practice Collaboration: Partner hand-in-hand with Dr. Martinez and the administrative staff to manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining an unhurried, comfortable patient experience. Salary Range full-time $37 - $47 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday – Thursday Requirements Licensure: Valid and active New Mexico Registered Dental Hygienist license. Mandatory Certifications: Current Local Anesthesia Certification, CPR Certification, and BLS Certification. Technical Preferences: Experience executing periodontal therapy, processing digital radiographs, and electronic charting. Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a highly appreciated bonus.
