Client Relations Specialist

About the Role

Envisio is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support strong, responsive relationships with customers and internal teams. In this role, you will help ensure clients receive timely, professional assistance throughout their experience with Envisio while maintaining accurate records, coordinating follow up activities, and helping resolve questions or service requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and customer focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, coordinating information, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Preferences

• 3+ years of experience in client relations, customer success, customer support, account coordination, or a related role within a software, technology, professional services, government, education, healthcare, or nonprofit environment strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting customers through software platforms, SaaS products, or technology-enabled services strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client inquiries, follow up on requests, document interactions, and coordinate solutions across internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues at different levels.
• Experience using CRM systems, customer support platforms, workflow management tools, or other business applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Experience working with public sector organizations, government agencies, education, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is an asset.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, customer service, public administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
