Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Castle Dental , supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Travel Speciality Treatment Care Coordinator to support multiple locations throughout the Houston market. Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8-5
Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through patient education and relationship-building
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider productivity and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and ongoing patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment completion
• Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, clinical staff, and front office teams
• Travel between Houston-area offices as needed to support business and patient care needs

Qualifications

• Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required; specialty experience preferred
• Oral Surgery (OS) and/or Periodontics (Perio) experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple locations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Must have OS/ Perio TC experience. Understand sedation

Compensation

$21-$25/hour
