Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay : $25.00/hour
Shift : Rotating schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next), 7:00pm–7:00am; training on 1st shift (approx. 30 days)
Location : Jeffersonville, IN (1402 Fabricon Blvd., Jeffersonville, IN 47130)
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Industrial Maintenance Technician for our chemical manufacturer client to start 06/29/2026 at $25.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain plant equipment and facilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (inspection, greasing, testing)
- Rebuild mechanical components (e.g., bearings; mechanical seal installation on process pumps)
- Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and recommend proper repairs
- Support new equipment installations and follow GMP, SQF, and food safety policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience working with a documentation registration system
- Welding experience (three years minimum)
- Ability to support flexible hours and comfortable with heavy work
Skills
- Preventive maintenance and inspection/greasing routines
- Mechanical repair and process pump work (bearings, mechanical seals)
- Electrical repair troubleshooting, including three-phase control circuit troubleshooting
- Safe new equipment installation per manufacturer recommendations
- Welding, pumps, air systems, and hydraulics knowledge
