Customer Support Analyst

Please Note: **No Third-Party or C2C Firms** *Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship* We are searching for a Client Support Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You have a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. You will be supporting the Channel Partners and Sales Team by resolving post-deal inquiries and navigating operational challenges across most deregulated markets. You will be involved in include commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, billing resolutions, early drop notifications, and market change communications, among others. Location Houston, TX 77024 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Responsibilities You will serve as a critical post-deal liaison between Services, Brokers, and the Sales Team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. You will be the primary point of contact for brokers and sales representatives navigating post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios. You will handle complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Experience: 2 years Helpful Qualifications Effective Verbal Communications Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's Degree We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
