Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family‑centered education for health optimization and disease management. Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care. Requirements Education: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within 3 years of hire Experience: Six months of nursing experience required NICU experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire NRP certification preferred Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
