Business Analyst - Adobe CMS, AEM Sites, DAM

Responsibilities Write high-volume, high-quality user stories (hundreds expected) with clear, actionable acceptance criteria Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications across CMS, DAM, and integrations Define and refine requirements for templates, components, forms, and authoring workflows Capture personalization requirements using Adobe Target (A/B testing, audience segmentation, optimization) Define website search functionality requirements including indexing, relevancy, and filtering Lead requirements gathering for integrations (GA4, Salesforce CRM Chatbot/Live Agent, Medallia, SSO) Support content and asset migration efforts including mapping and workflow definition Partner with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lead BA, and SI to drive Agile delivery Participate actively in sprint ceremonies: planning, stand‑ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Perform functional validation and support UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet customer expectations Act as a quality advocate for overall user experience and solution delivery Requirements 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments Hands‑on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) CMS and AEM Assets (DAM) Experience gathering requirements for Adobe Target and personalization strategies Strong knowledge of website search functionality (configuration, indexing, filtering, relevancy) Proven experience in CMS implementations and website re‑platforming (preferably legacy to Adobe) Exceptional user story writing skills using “As a / I want / So that” format with strong acceptance criteria Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Figma (for review), MS Teams, and SharePoint Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Experience supporting testing with a UAT/customer‑first mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
