Facilitator - Leadership & Professional Developmen

Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking an experienced Leadership and Professional Development Facilitator to deliver engaging virtual learning experiences for leaders and employees across a variety of development programs. This is a contract-based role with flexible scheduling and variable hours based on program demand. Facilitators will be scheduled in advance and will have the opportunity to indicate availability for upcoming sessions. While hours are not guaranteed, facilitators typically support approximately 20 hours per week and are unlikely to reach full-time hours.
- Facilitate virtual leadership and professional development programs for diverse audiences, including managers, senior leaders, and executive-level participants
- Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences through Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Manage participant engagement and group dynamics in sessions of up to 40 participants
- Adapt facilitation style to meet learner needs while maintaining program objectives and integrity
- Support both independently facilitated and co-facilitated learning programs
- Create inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and application
- Collaborate with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives
- Incorporate participant feedback and continuously improve facilitation effectiveness
