Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet customers, vendors, and suppliers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Perform filing and maintain organized office systems
• Enter and manage orders with accuracy
• Maintain and update the company calendar and schedules
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed
• Assist with general office operations to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Proficiency in  Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
