Site Manager - Hales Corners

FSCW is seeking Site Managers to oversee daily operations at multiple locations across Wisconsin, including Grafton, West Bend, and Wauwatosa. The Site Manager is responsible for managing a team of staff, setting short‑term and long‑term goals, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Compensation & Benefits Salary plus bonus: $70,000–$75,000 per year. Bi‑weekly pay, 2 weeks paid time off per year, monthly bonus. 401(k) with company match, free car washes and detailing services for you and your family. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day car wash operations. Set and monitor staff performance goals. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage scheduling, staffing, and training. Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications At least 3 years of management experience in a customer‑service‑related industry serving the general public. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug test. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Basic mechanical skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and professional skills. Work Conditions Position requires working outdoors year‑round, standing and walking for extended periods, and 50 hours per week, including a minimum of 15 hours on weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
