BMW Genius Position

BMW of Silver Spring is currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable BMW Genius to join our dynamic service team and help our customers discover the excellence of the BMW brand.

As a BMW Genius, you will be the face of our service center, providing in-depth knowledge and personalized assistance to our new clients as well as our existing BMW owners. You will be responsible for showcasing the innovative features and technology of BMW vehicles, ensuring that our customers have a thorough understanding and appreciation of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored information about BMW vehicles.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate the latest BMW technologies and features, offering detailed explanations and answering any questions customers may have.
• Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct test drives and feature demonstrations to highlight the unique selling points and benefits of BMW vehicles.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with any post-purchase inquiries or issues, providing ongoing support to enhance their ownership experience.
• Training & Development: Continuously stay updated with BMW product knowledge and technology advancements to provide the most accurate information.
• Service Collaboration: Work closely with our service team to support the service experience and contribute to achieving dealership service targets.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License, with less than 2 moving violations
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Passion for Automotive: Genuine interest in BMW and a passion for cars and technology
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using technology and digital tools to demonstrate and explain vehicle features.
