Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and active state licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Confidence in assessing students and developing individualized intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both educators and families
• Passion for fostering student independence and participation in academic environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and create individualized treatment plans to address educational and developmental goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions or recommendations to meet the diverse needs of students
