Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• In-depth understanding of OT best practices within school environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• High level of self-motivation and organizational skills, especially when balancing on-site and work-from-home tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group sessions
• Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Provide consultation and strategies for classroom staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Engage in regular progress monitoring, reporting, and adjustments as needed
• Adhere to the academic calendar, working from August 7, 2026 through May 25, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week
