Head of Strategy & Biz Ops - Social Media / AdTech

As the Head of Strategy & Biz Ops, you will scale the company internally while solving whatever problems are most important on a given day. This role is part operations leader and part people lead, working directly alongside the founders to touch nearly every part of the business. Some tasks will be highly strategic, while others will be operational or administrative—we need someone equally comfortable doing both. Your responsibilities will include: Cross-functional project management, travel coordination, and executive support. Designing and implementing scalable internal systems to support leadership with strategic and operational initiatives. Recruiting coordination, hiring operations, interview scheduling, and candidate management. Internal team operations, workflow management, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and people operations. Office management, in-person team coordination, vendor management, and operational logistics. Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and maturity. About you You are an exceptionally organized operator with an extremely high level of ownership who naturally takes responsibility for problems and moves quickly without waiting for direction. You possess strong judgment, trustworthiness, and a startup mentality, thriving in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve constantly. You are an intellectually curious individual who learns quickly and has excellent communication skills to work across candidates, employees, founders, vendors, customers, and external partners. While candidate backgrounds may vary (including startup operations, Chief of Staff roles, consulting, banking, founder/operator experience, or people operations), we care significantly more about capability, adaptability, intelligence, and execution than a traditional background. Experience of working in Hypergrowth organisations is highly prized. The core requirements and technologies needed for this role include: Extensive experience in operations management, hiring operations, or executive support within a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable internal operational workflows. Strong capability to manage multi-channel coordination, payroll logistics, and compliance tools. Experience handling sensitive personnel data and corporate financial information with complete confidentiality.
