Accounting Assistant — A/R, A/P & Billing (35‑Hr Week)
Banner Witcoff
Banner Witcoff is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Department with daily tasks and to maintain firm account information. You will handle accounts payable, receivable, and billing processes, post invoices, and assist with reports while maintaining client/matter records. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, MS Excel proficiency, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
