We are seeking a motivated Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist to work directly with service customers, identify vehicle upgrade opportunities, acquire inventory, and help customers purchase their next vehicle. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist Compensation and Benefits: 

Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist Competitive Salary: This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end, plus bonuses. Average monthly earnings of $6,000-$10,000. Sales experience required.

Paid Holidays:  Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Engage with customers visiting the service department.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade customers into newer vehicles.
• Acquire vehicles for dealership inventory.
• Conduct trade evaluations and appraisals.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Generate appointments and follow-up opportunities.
• Help achieve monthly sales and acquisition goals.
• Maintains professional appearance.

Service Drive Sales & Acquisition Specialist Qualifications: 

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking/phone skills).
• Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
• Skill and ability to meet people and listen.
• Skill and ability to sell and/or negotiate.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
• Organization skills required.
• Understand the value of new and used vehicles.
• Complete understanding of sales process.
• Ability to learn automotive specific programs.
