Looking for a Contract Coordinator for a min of 5 months. Great Opportunity to support one of the largest and most recognized nonprofit organizations in the world in a fully remote position. This is an excellent resume-building opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on corporate office experience throughout the Summer and Fall.

Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have some prior exposure to office environments through internships, administrative support, customer service, or professional work experience.

Requirements: Client will consider two profiles

· A entry level/ recent grad ideally Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred looking to gain experience

· Ideally experience reviewing any type of contracts and grants review experience

· OR recent accounting grad that has exposure to corporate documents, review, purchase orders, etc.

Job Description:

· Serve as a resource to internal teams regarding contract workflows, templates, and approval processes, ensuring contracts are routed and processed accurately and efficiently.

· Support overall contract administration and compliance efforts across the organization in partnership with Legal and Finance teams. Assist with the implementation, review, and maintenance of internal contract policies, procedures, and documentation processes.

· Track contract requests, renewals, amendments, and expirations to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of agreements.

· Review incoming agreements and supporting documentation to identify compliance concerns, operational risks, and alignment with internal policies and organizational standards.

· Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting within internal tracking and document management systems to support compliance and audit readiness.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting additional projects and operational initiatives as needed.
