Work Environment

The clinic operates in a friendly and supportive setting that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals. The full-time schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a predictable routine that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and rehabilitation requirements, ensuring personalized care plans are developed.
• Manage an individualized patient caseload, typically interacting with one patient per hour to deliver focused care.
• Implement cost-effective evidence-based treatment strategies to improve patients' mobility and functional capacity.
• Utilize modern manual therapy techniques and exercise programming tailored to patient-specific needs, focusing on pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Educate patients on alternatives to medication and surgery while encouraging healthy lifestyle changes that incorporate improved strength and flexibility.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to refine treatment plans and address comprehensive patient needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided through Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, ensuring transparency and continuity.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, celebrating progress to motivate ongoing participation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with orthopedic outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help patients ranging from young athletes to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation goals. The clinic's focus on individualized care means you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your patients, guiding them through their recovery and helping them achieve their optimal health.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and exercise program development.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is an asset.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, providing you with practical insights into patient care delivery.
• Proven track record of successful patient outcomes in mobility improvement and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
