Well Guard Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our full-time team in Mc David, Florida. Work Environment

Our clinic is set in the scenic locale of Mc David, Florida, providing a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. As a member of our team, you will work onsite in a collaborative environment where healthcare professionals actively consult and practice alongside one another, promoting a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and meet each patient's individual goals and needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of 2-3 visits per hour, providing quality and personalized care.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods to enhance mobility.
• Encourage patient participation and motivation during therapy sessions to promote optimal recovery and function.
• Develop fitness and wellness programs that address specific patient needs, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Monitor patient progress systematically and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all care services accurately.
• Consult with fellow health professionals to coordinate the best interdisciplinary care for patients.
• Continually evaluate the impact of treatments and communicate progress effectively with patients.

Your focus will primarily be on patients with orthopedic conditions requiring personalized therapy plans aimed at enhancing movement and functionality. We cater to a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Educational background: Must possess a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist License without any disciplinary actions.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy care, specifically in a clinic similar in operations to Well Guard.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as WebPT to efficiently manage patient documentation and care records.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
