Personal Assistant – MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING, Palm Beach, FL Personal Assistant, Palm Beach, Florida. A lovely client is seeking a discreet and capable Personal Assistant to join her team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at anticipating needs and thrives in a low-key, yet active, environment. You will be the essential support system for the principal, ensuring her daily life runs smoothly between her homes in Palm Beach, FL (approximately 7 months) and New York City (approximately 5 months), with paid travel required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Join the Principal for an early walk (approximately 8:30AM). Assist with wardrobe (zippers, jewelry). Prepare simple light meals (salads). On days when the Housekeeper is not on-site, assist with light tidying and make the bed (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday). Confidently manage all errands and grocery shopping. Drive the principal to appointments and engagements. Meet household vendors. Assist with projects and tasks. Professionalism Maintain quiet professionalism: be available without being intrusive, ensuring the Principal has the quiet space she values in her home. Schedule Generally: Tuesday and Saturday, 8:00AM–4:00PM or 10:00AM–6:00PM, with flexibility for later shifts (approximately 2times per week) for occasional evening driving needs. On most occasions, dinners end by 8:00PM.
