Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and treatment requirements.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient progress and functional independence.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on their responses.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise regimens, strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their recovery and overall health.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care that addresses all aspects of physical health.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as uphold professional practice standards.

This position primarily focuses on rehabilitating orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will provide care to a diverse population, which includes athletes, active adults, and older adults who seek to regain their mobility and independence. Your work will often have a profound effect on patients as they return to their desired activities and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
