Job Summary:
This L&D (Labor and Delivery) Registered Nurse position is located in LARAMIE, Wyoming. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care within the labor and delivery department, focusing on the wellness and recovery of mothers and newborns. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while ensuring quality services and collaborative team efforts.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Location: LARAMIE, Wyoming
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing school; current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification if performing circulating or recovery room duties for C-section; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience, previous hospital experience in a maternity setting, knowledge of electronic fetal monitoring within the first year of orientation and within three years for advanced classes
• Additional Information: The position involves providing patient assessment, education, and care coordination in a high-acuity environment. Candidates must have excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with a healthcare team without immediate supervision.
