CNC Machinist - Operator
• Operate multi-pallet Horizontal Machining Centers.
• Load raw material. Unload finished parts. Inspect and de-burr.
• Read, understand, and follow standard work.
• Consistently follow established quality and safety procedures.
• Document and report inspection findings using provided quality control documents.
• Identify and report non-conforming material through the proper procedures.
• Preserve a clean work environment through daily work area maintenance.
• Evaluate out-of-specification parts with a Machinist - Set-Up to minimize machine downtime.
• Participate in defect investigation, root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and quality gate review.
• Apply TPS (Toyota Production System) principles to daily activities. Position Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in related production level manufacturing role.
• High School Diploma or GED. Desired Characteristics
• Competence to work independently or collaborate within a team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple production jobs simultaneously.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Take pride in your work and desire to produce high quality parts. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime on Saturdays.
Pay range is $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience Resume and Interview needed. First Choice Staffing
