Introduction to Role & Team

This role lives and breathes college culture. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring insights and ideas to the table, bring creative ideas to life, and support every aspect of college marketing.

You’ll work across ambassadors, events, social, influencer marketing, campus partnerships, and content while helping shape Bumble’s presence on college campuses.

What You’ll Do

• Execute assigned tasks for Bumble’s college marketing initiatives across priority schools.

• Maintain communications with ambassadors, student organizations, creators, and campus partners.

• Assist with administrative steps of recruiting and onboarding campus ambassadors and interns, under the direction of the team lead.

• Support campus events, following team’s defined event planning guidelines.

• Assist with coordination tasks for influencer campaigns and creator partnerships as directed.

• Stay on top of campus trends, social media, creators, and cultural moments, bringing fresh ideas to the team every week.

• Capture learnings from campus programs for the team to review.

• Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, gifting, and day-to-day project management tasks as assigned

About You

• You’re deeply curious about college culture and have a strong pulse on the social platforms, creators, trends, and cultural moments shaping how students connect.

• You bring fresh ideas and creative energy, while being equally excited to roll up your sleeves and turn those ideas into well-executed campaigns, events, and campus experiences.

• You’re a thoughtful communicator who can build positive relationships with students, ambassadors, creators, campus organizations, vendors, and internal partners.

• You’re highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces, from event logistics and gifting to creator partnerships and day-to-day project tasks.

• You collaborate with purpose, take ownership of your work, and follow through from an initial brief to a strong final outcome, while knowing when to ask for guidance.

• You demonstrate Curiosity by actively seeking out emerging campus and cultural insights, and Excellence by bringing care and attention to the details that make programs successful.

• You’re curious about how AI tools can help you work smarter, generate and develop ideas, synthesize insights, and improve everyday efficiency, while applying human judgment and using AI responsibly.

• Typically requires 0–1 years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.

Compensation Range: $60K - $65K
