Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify individual therapy needs, enabling personalized care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise and empathy will help clients overcome personal challenges and achieve mental wellness. The role necessitates cultural competence in therapy, ensuring that all individuals feel understood and respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in the mental health field, with a wide-ranging understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Demonstrable experience in providing individual and group therapy within a culturally responsive framework.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and an ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and general computer proficiency to manage documentation and client notes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
